Why Sambandh exists
The CRMs built for Fortune 500 sales teams don't fit how internet businesses actually sell. You don't have an SDR team warming leads into an AE. You have a Stripe dashboard, an inbox, and a pipeline that lives in your head. Your "customers" aren't MQLs handed off from marketing — they're subscribers, trialists, and people who DMed you on X last Tuesday.
HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive all start with the same wrong assumption: that the CRM is the system of record for revenue. For us, Stripe is the system of record. Clerk and Supabase know who logged in this week. Gmail knows who replied. The CRM's job is to pull those facts together and let you act on them — not to be the place where facts are typed in by hand.

- Stripe-native. We reach for Stripe first, not last. MRR, churn, trials, upgrades, downgrades — all visible inside Sambandh.
- Public-facing. We publish our changelog, our pricing, and every benchmark we run. If a blog post says "Sambandh is faster than HubSpot", the screenshot shows timestamps.
- Small team, no fluff. Customer support goes to the same people who wrote the code. The person who broke your import will be the person who fixes it.
