Stripe integration — MRR, churn, subscriber data
Make Stripe a first-class data source in your CRM.
What you get
- Every paying customer becomes a contact (deduped against existing contacts by email)
- MRR, lifetime value, and churn risk fields on every customer contact
- Subscription lifecycle events (trial start, conversion, cancellation, payment failure) appear on the contact timeline
- Revenue dashboard pulls real numbers from Stripe — not estimates
- Failed-payment-recovery automations can trigger Sambandh tasks or campaign enrollment
Connecting
Authorize via Stripe Connect
You'll be redirected to Stripe's OAuth flow. You can connect read-only (safest) or read-write (only needed if you want Sambandh to issue refunds or update subscriptions on your behalf).
Pick which Stripe account
If you have multiple Stripe accounts, pick the one to connect. Connect more later.
Initial backfill
We backfill all customers + subscriptions + the last 90 days of charges/events. Ongoing changes flow via Stripe webhooks.
Useful workflows
- Filter contacts by "Subscribed via Stripe" + "MRR > $50" to find your top customers.
- Build a campaign for "Subscribed via Stripe" + "Last activity 60+ days ago" to re-engage at-risk subscribers.
- Run a report on Source = Stripe to see which signup paths convert best.
Stripe data refreshes via webhook within seconds of an event in Stripe. If a number looks stale, check Settings → Integrations → Stripe → Webhook status.
