How to connect SendGrid to Sambandh

Create a SendGrid API key
SendGrid → Settings → API Keys → Create API Key. Scope: Full Access (or narrower — Mail Send + Tracking + Webhooks minimum). Save the key (starts with "SG.").
Verify your sender identity
SendGrid → Settings → Sender Authentication → Authenticate your domain. Add DNS records (CNAME for DKIM). Wait for verification. Skip this step if you're migrating an already-verified domain from elsewhere.
Paste into Sambandh Settings → Email → BYOK
Pick SendGrid from the provider dropdown. Paste the API key. Optionally set IP pool name. Hit Test connection.
Wire the Event Webhook
SendGrid → Settings → Mail Settings → Event Webhook. Point URL at `https://sambandh.io/api/webhooks/byok/sendgrid`. Enable Delivered, Bounced, Spam Report, Click, Open events. Copy the webhook verification key into Sambandh.
