Built-in dashboards
- Pipeline — deal counts and weighted value by stage; conversion funnel between stages.
- Revenue — won deal totals over time, average deal size, MRR if Stripe-connected.
- Activity — emails sent, meetings booked, tasks completed by user.
- Source attribution — which channel drives the most pipeline / revenue.
Building a custom report
Pick a base entity
Reports → New report → Contacts / Deals / Activities. The base entity determines which fields are available to group/filter by.
Open ReportsChoose a chart type
Time-series (line), distribution (bar), comparison (stacked bar), funnel (for stages), or a simple table.
Pick the metric and group-by
Metric: count, sum of amount, average of amount, % conversion, etc. Group-by: stage, owner, source, week, month — anything categorical or time-bucketed.
Save + pin
Save the report. Pin to a dashboard so it shows up on /dashboard for the team.

Exporting
Every report can export to CSV (raw rows) or PDF (rendered chart + table). Export is on Pro and Teams plans.
