Team & roles — owners, admins, members, viewers, guests
Invite teammates and control what each person can see and do.
Role catalog
- Owner — full control, including billing and workspace deletion. There can be multiple owners.
- Admin — manage settings, integrations, team, but not billing.
- Member — full read/write on contacts/deals/tasks; can't change settings.
- Viewer — read-only on contacts/deals/tasks; useful for executive visibility.
- Guest — limited to the specific contacts / deals you assign them to. Can complete assigned tasks + add notes; can't see anything else.
Inviting a teammate
Send an invite
Click + Invite. Enter email, pick role. They get an email; clicking the link signs them up (or routes them to login if they already have an account) and adds them to your workspace.
Reassign + remove
Change someone's role from the team list. Remove a teammate to revoke access — their session is invalidated immediately and they lose all visibility on workspace data.
Guest collaborators (low-friction sharing)
Use guests for clients, contractors, or external stakeholders who need visibility on a specific deal but shouldn't see your whole CRM. Free plan includes 2 guest seats; Pro 5; Teams 10. Guests don't count against your paid seat count.
Guest seats expire after 30 days of inactivity to keep your guest list clean.
