Segmentation & saved views — slice your contacts your way
Build reusable filtered lists for outreach, reporting, and ops.
Why save views
A saved view is a filtered slice of contacts (or deals) that you return to often. "VIPs not contacted in 30 days." "Trial customers ending this week." "Subscribers from r/SaaS." Saved views show up in the sidebar, are shareable with teammates (Teams plan), and are the basis for campaigns and reports.
Building a view
Filter the list
On Contacts or Deals, click + Filter and stack the filters you need. AND across filters; OR within multi-value within one filter.
Open ContactsSave it
Click Save view → name it. Pick visibility: Just me / My team (Teams plan).
Pin to sidebar
Click ☆ on a saved view to pin it to the top of the sidebar for one-click access.
Use a view downstream
- Add to campaign — every contact in the view becomes a campaign recipient.
- Bulk action — apply tags / lifecycle changes to everyone in the view.
- Export CSV — for ops or external tools.
- Report on it — most reports let you scope to a saved view.
